So after a week of hard work we were able to get her seaworthy again using donated epoxy and parts together with some supplies we had. The spinnaker is dead though!
Really nice job of improvising a repair you two! Looks like you reinforced it too. I hope you can get the spinnaker & furler back in operation at one of your stops. Congratulations!
